Great customer service. We had a problem with Fed ex dropping the ball with the shipping. Item was shipped on the 16th but not received until the 22nd when it should have been received the 18th. Randall ( the owner of discount frozen rats) was quick to contact them when I notified him of the problem and got back with me on the same day. He was more than willing to do whatever was necessary to make it right for me even though it wasn't his fault. But upon receiving the rats on the 22nd they had been packaged so well that they were all still frozen after 6 days! The rats all looked great and were of good size. We will definitely be using discount frozen rats for all of our needs. Thanks again to Randall.

Discount Frozen Rats was a great accidental find!!! I ordered some medium sized rats and was pleased with the size and the amount of insulation the rats were packed in. They shipped on Monday, we received them on Wednesday and were still soild frozen. Thank you

Item came boxed and wrapped in actual insulation. Rats arrived frozen solid and are easy to separate inside the package. Will be placing orders here whenever i need more. Above all, snake is happy!

I find the rodents and chicks I purchase from this source to be clean, healthy, and exactly as represented .. they feed out well and the reptiles thrive on them. Their everyday prices are quite often lower than others sale prices .. when they have sales ... STOCK UP!!
